Hi love. I'm Rose Covenant, Coherence Alchemist, author, and founder of the Global Gridworkers Collective. Together with Roy Hoeijmakers, I guide people through the Heart Gravity Journey.
We work with awesome human beings unrelentingly committed to their soul's evolution. Leaders, visionaries, healers. I'm here to hold a field fierce enough that all of you can finally come home. I'm Rose Covenant, Coherence Alchemist, Author, and Founder of the Global Gridworkers Collective.
I spent a decade in humanitarian aid across West Africa and Washington DC. I was in Liberia for the Ebola response. I served as Country Representative in Niger. By every external measure, I could handle anything. My body was quietly falling apart the entire time.
Six years of chronic pain. Thirty years of a nervous system in survival mode, holding what I hadn't yet let myself feel. When I finally understood what was actually happening, I was pain-free within three months.
What followed wasn't gentle. Two months of the most intense terror I'd ever felt, decades of dissociated fear surfacing at once. I kept moving through it.
I left the marriage that felt safe but wasn't true anymore. I left the farmhouse on fifty acres, the purple rocking chairs, the life that looked perfect on paper and wasn't mine.

Roy grew up racing motocross, and the injuries that came with it are how he found energetic healing, first as a patient. He went on to train with the healer who treated him, and in 2023 he took over the practice.
